Deliveries

Delivery is available only within Europe.
Customers can contact customer service by email at hello@atelier-rinovo.com for more information on delivery terms outside of Europe.
Actual delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at the time of order. If the products are not picked up within the timeframe specified by the carrier, they will be returned to Atelier Rinovo, which reserves the right to refund the price of the products; shipping costs will remain the responsibility of the customer.

In the event of a delivery delay, the customer must first contact the carrier to obtain as much information as possible. If necessary, the customer must file a formal complaint with the carrier within three business days of the scheduled delivery date. 
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight and size of your product. They cover shipping costs only.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns 

In the context of distance selling (without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties), the customer has, in accordance with Article L 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, a seven-day withdrawal period starting from the delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for an exchange or refund without penalty within 30 days, excluding return shipping costs and the initial shipping costs.
Any exchange of merchandise is subject to our prior approval.
Return requests must be submitted via email to hello@atelier-rinovo.com, specifying the customer’s full contact information, the order date and number, and the reason for the return. The customer’s return request will then be reviewed. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Dispute Resolution
